We are presently taking orders for whole, half and quarter (split half, with equal parts from front and hind sections) 100% Natural, Grass-fed Angus Beef at $8 per pound, butchered and wrapped. Buying in bulk is the least cost per pound as it allows us to pass cost savings on to you.
Our typical cattle average from 600-800 pounds at prime, tender age. 60% of that weight is lost in the process of slaughtering and butchering.
Whole (240-320 pounds wrapped meat) = $1920 - $2560
Half (120-160 pounds wrapped meat) = $960 - $1280
Quarter (60-80 pounds wrapped meat) = $480 - $640
Of the above weight, on average, 20% is steaks, 20% is roast and 60% is ground beef and stew meat. Let us know which cuts you prefer and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
